This letter we sent to SJ Lippert Flooring outlines our issue with this company:
On 4/12, I entered into a contract with you (Lippert Flooring) for the installment of carpeting in five rooms and the upstairs hallway and stairs. The contract also included laminate flooring in the kitchen, dining room, front foyer area, and the small foyer leading into the family room. The contractual agreement (see attached) included a warranty (above the manufacturers warranty) for a period of one year from the completion of the installation.in exchange, we agreed to pay you a total of $5,240.56 of which you have received the total amount.
Since the completion of your work, we have discovered issues with both areas of the project and despite repeated attempts to have them corrected, we have been only met with resistance, fault finding, stalling and other tactics to avoid responsibility for providing us with a satisfactory service and product in accordance to the contractual agreement.
