I purcashed an engineered floor in- May and by April the conclusion was coming off anf the intended troubles within the timber were nothing more that some putty/plastic-type that got up off the ground. Today I've a toom saturated in openings and sets. I approached Simplefloors plus they have provided me the tun around everytime. They keep altering their plan though they allegedly are supported with a 25-year guarantee byt CFS company who incidentally occurs with an ownership position in Simplefloors. They agreed to deliver me alternative items nevertheless when I questioned who was likely to purchase the price of tearing up the ground, they explained it had beennot coated. Among the cause I bough this floor because they were allegedly shoen like a supplier of Severe makeover. I believe that's a rest too. Buyer beware. Not worth your own time or cash.
