New home owner may be forced to rebuild driveway because a permit was never pulled in Port St. Lucie, Fl. New home owner receives violation and fines for work done without permit. Homeowner acquired the paid check receipts and a copy of the contract and a letter written to Mr. Carl Click but the Florida Dept of Business and professional Regulation says this is not enough proof.??? This Dept. Proves to be another dead end for retribution for the home owner. Both the listed contractor and the Dept of Business and Professional Regulation proves to be one in the same as far as doing their jobs correct for both the consumer and the State of Florida. A $3000.00 Ripoff.
