With reference to a purchased hammock order#20090601155418 sent to my daughter in Ocoee, Fl. The hammock arrived rusted and fell apart when you tried to get in it. Ecaccessory would not give me a return authorization. I was very upset. I sent it back for them to see through United States Postal with signature recipient receipt. I called them to get a refund. They couldn't find the hammock and said the employee that signed the postal receipt no longer worked for them. The hammock, shipping and return shipping cost me $160. That I have been ripped off.
