I have been reading all these comments and I figure I would help poast a little advice for all you uts haters there are a few issues i can see going on #1 hold time uts is always super busy monday and tuesday morning if you want to get through without a hold call later in the week in the afternoon and you will get right through #2 Customer Care I have noticed there are some ladys that well arnt the best but there are quite a few guys there that are very knowlegeable and if you talk to them and just be cool about stuff and joke around they will help you out with everything. #3 some of you people need to just calm down and realize life is too short to freak out on some simple things in life and think maybe some things just take a little time and stuff happens im sure there are probably 100 happy customers for every mad one bbb gives uts an A so they cant be that bad
