Tom, the owner of Ogden painting in York PA agreed to paint the entrance atrium to our house he took eight smoke breaks and a lunch break, when he finished he told my wife that if we had any issues to call him and he would return. The following day we noticed that he did a poor job on the entire ceiling edging, when we called him he refused to come out to correct his mistakes unless we paid him more money. He also was very confrontational over the phone when the concerns were brought to his attention.
Not only was he over paid for the work that was requested he took excessive breaks to justify the amount of money that was to be paid to him and he didnt even do a good job. I would not recommend him to anyone.
