Sebestyen&Williams was employed by us to construct our new house. The heating/cooling function was subcontracted to Sertech Heat&Cooling of Portland, In. These were employed by Bruce Sebestyen to set up a Bryant geothermal HVAC open-loop program with 2 models, one upstairs plus one downstairs at a price of $12,000.in 2008 equally warm/awesome models offered out, broken by hydrogen sulfide within the water. The maker voided the guarantee due to incorrect installation by Sertech Heating & Cooling. Sertech didn't check the water first. Both models will need to be changed. Both contractor and subcontractor won't do something to repair the issue. Bruce Sebestyen is fundamentally accountable for the job of the subcontractor he employed. The task wasn't completed right and he needs us to displace the models at our very own cost. Bruce Sebestyen promotes like a “Fine House Builder”. What type of good homebuilder is the fact that???
