Buyer Beware High Plains Construction and High Plains Wind and Solar out of Des Moines Iowa IS the notorious FARM BOY!!!

Farm Boy is the company that screwed 12 MN (if not more in the upper midwest) customers by bait and switch techniques or selling them a unit that completely does NOT work at all. Leaving them with a expensive piece of Chinese Lawn Art.

They will take your money and leave you high and dry.

They will tell you that you are going to get a GE or Siemens, and you will end up with some Chinese piece of garbage.
