As a customer I am very upset about what I have discovered regarding my new pool sanitization company. I purchased one of their products a little while ago and now I find this:
Ecosmarte Planet Friendly has filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy On June 2, the company filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal Bankruptcy Act, case number 09-43569.
Those with monetary claims against the company are advised to obtain a Proof of Claim form by writing to Minnesota Bankruptcy Court CM/ECF, 300 S 4th St, Minneapolis, MN, 55415 for resubmission to that court.

You would think that a company who is potentially going out of business would notify their customers the 5 year warranty may end in a few months...
If I had known this before I bought one of their systems I would have gone (RAN) in a different direction.
