We caught Mr. Jones to complete a fencing work for all of US. We settled a deposit of $1300.00 on Aug. 13 and also the function was to become started on August 19. He didn't appear to complete the job. Soon after we quit several telephone communications he informed us he'd be below the next Sitting. Or Friday if it were to rainfall on Sat. Mon arrived and went without any conversation, no-return telephone calls. After a lot more telephone calls and e-mails he did return a contact saying he had an urgent situation which he'd be below 24 hours later. We've not received a return telephone call or mail since. Their telephone usually would go to voice-mail. We're today needing to employ another fencing organization and you will be persuing leagal action against Mr. Jones.
