Several years ago Jim Darby was located in Fresno, CA and had a business called 'Architectural Art Glass'. I gave him $400 dollars to make some stained glass windows for my home, and he never delivered the product. I have been in contact with him by email several times, as he has left town, and once by phone. He continued to promise the return of my money, but I haven't seen a dime. This has been going on for several years.
Mr. Darby left town, but has a website which seems to be based in New Mexico.
