Blanchard mobile homes do not pay the independent contractors they employ when moving your home. This causes the contractors to place a lien on YOUR property. So you paid Blanchard to do a move, and they employ OTHER people to do the move and then don't pay them. They keep your money and do not pay the person that did the work. The contractors then place liens on your house and will not remove them until YOU pay them for the work they did. You end up paying TWICE for the service (once to Blanchard and again to the contractor because Blanchard kept the money). Use another company, these people are scam artists.
