Bad customer service

Positioned an order on March 17. After many telephone calls and e-mails order position was updated to vessel in 4 -6 months within an email on April 1.By May 27, we still don't have any info concerning our purchase. I've quit a lot of telephone communications for everybody whose title is outlined about the contact listing and delivered exactly the same quantity of emails to these same people who you'd believe one of these might contact me back but nooooooo! I've actually quit communications for that Martial, Operator (818) 435-0266 without any success. We're today questioning if they're still running a business? I looked up Marwest Access Handles on the web plus they have about 15 various organization titles, therefore please bear in mind... It's a fraud.
