I ordered som trees toward the end of March. The were not shipped intil sometime late April and arrived on May 11, dead. The had the appearance of being shipped dead. The had been treated rough during packing, aod some of the had the trunks broken.
I emailed them complete with photographs, but got no response. I then phoned them, and they offered to ship them again in 2 weeks. It is hot in Arizona now, in 2 weeks it will be hotter! I then requested a refund, and was told a customer service rep. Would call me. I never got the call. They shipped the trees long after they were susposed to be shipped, then wanted me to wait another 2 weeks, before the reshipped them. I guess this was to insure the second shippement would arrive dead too! To date they still have my money and I have some dead trees!
Save your money and buy from someone else!
