Bobo Hwy 72 By pass and Company mistreated and ripped off

I ordered a chair Octover 28th 2003. I still do not have the chair. I have called then every week since December 20th. It is now March 18th. I spoke with the manufacuter yesterday and they said they have not had an order from Bobo and Co. Since August. Bobo will not return my calls. I made the mistake of paying in full up front with a check.
