Do not believe what "Chef Tony" says about shipping & handling charges. I ordered one set of lids, expecting to be charged $7.95 for S&H, but when the order arrived, my total was $33.85 — S&H of $23.85. That's more than twice the price of the product. Moreover, you can find these lids locally and pay only the sales tax on the purchase, not the exhorbitant processing fees the company charges.in addition, my free gift was backordered, which meant I would probably be charged another $23.85 S&H when that arrived!
I emailed the company immediately and told them I was sending back the order and expected a full refund. Be sure not to open the package first because then you will have to pay additional shipping to return it. I got caught in that too.
About a month after returning the lids, I received another package from them, presumably the free gift. This shipment I returned without opening the box. I tried to reach Customer Service but found the number to be not in service. It remains to be seen if I can get my credit card company to reverse the charges on my account.
I wish I had been smart enough to check outo their web site before ordering. I would have learned of their fraudulent business practices and not placed an order.
