Scott North goes by many different names and company names. Here is a list:
North Builders, WSN, LLC, North Contracting, North Construction, Northstar Properites, William Scott North and so on.
He and his wife have been ripping off sub-contractors, suppliers, builders and individuals for many years now. Go to Maryland Judiciary Case Search.com and type in any of those names above and you will see that he is a rip off!
If you look on that site you will notice that he seldom gets a lawyer knowing that he will just loose anyway. He likes to postpone the trile a few times and says that there was not a contract or he never hired them or the work was never compleated or I have already paid them. The lies go on and on. Just about all the cases against him, his wife and their companies have all ended in judgments against them. Judgments from a few dollars to tens of thousands!!!
When you go to pick up your money from him, he cant be reached and wont answer his phone. He says tomorrow, tomorrow or next week or even says im going to the bank now! Then you wont hear from him for a week!
I have talked to many of his victims and they all said that he is a very nice guy... Big pretty smile but when it comes to getting paid... Fat chance!
He drives a white Ford pick-up with some gold trim at the bottom. He works mostly in Baltimore County. He does everything from pouring concrete, building houses, painting, roofing, landscaping and so on... No job too small or too big!
