" Too bad all of us were taken in. Should have gone by the rule that any company wanting payment in full before the work is completed you should "WALK AWAY". Hard lesson learned. Our work was only half completed.installer made a mistake on cutting the outlets on the back splash plus the quality of the rest of the cut was in dispute. Now we have a kitchen that looks incomplete. Filed a dispute with my credit card company to try and get at least my down payment back. Total lost for all work $4739.00.
