I've named TXU month after month to obtain my statement directly since every statement that I've obtained have already been believed. I keep in touch with somebody unique each month and each month I've to inform them my tale again and again since evidently they dont bother to include records on my bill. They've explained that they can deliver somone out to complete a re -read and that I still cant get no changes designed to my bill. I've been guaranteed this is likely to be solved, I've delivered them emails and nothing has been completed. They arrived and transformed my meter on the final week of oct and recently I noticed the # also it was 01166 informing me that I dont use significantly more than 1000 kilowatts per month but however every month since September they've been getting me over 2000 kilowatts after which for that month of Sept whenever we were without energy for just two months it arrived greater than every additional month. I don't have central oxygen in my own home I just utilize one window-unit and that I abandon it off all day long since I work. Therefore I understand my statement cant be 400dlls or higher each month. I don't understand what else to complete and that I don't wish to change businesses since I dont need this to take my credit but I believe I'll need to since this really is absurd and Im not likely to spend something which isnt RIGHT!!!
