We placed a $10,000 order 3, paying half up front. "Mary" took the order. Repeated phone calls to Mary were referred to "Lori" or "Laurie" in customer service, who gave us a myriad of different BS excuses, many of which appear word for word in the previous reports below.
Finally spoke with HR Privette on several occasions who twice gave delivery dates that came and went. He even told us "the truck is in Bakersfield now" (It is still there I guess). Now they rarely answer the phone (800-640-3925) and transfer us to voice mail when they do. Spoke with "Christy" once also. She never called back as promised.
We filed a complaint with BBB, who sent us back a copy of a letter from Privette dated 12-16 promising to contact us immediately and refund our money. Never happened.
We filed a complaint with the AG's office, who already had over 50 similar complaints about the same company. The AG sent a copy of the complaint to Privette demanding a response within ten business days. When that expires with no satisfaction, we have our own plan "B". Can't wait to see him in cuffs again.
Please update with any more names that should be included in further proceedings. We will do the same.
