We named Southwest Plumbing to repair a trickle within our home, dripping downstairs into our washing area Friday evening. They planned a scheduled appointment for all of US Lay at 8AM. They came around 9:15 AM. We confirmed them the trickle (which we'd ceased by switching off the water towards the home the night before) plus they deduced that it had been possibly originating from behind the fridge directorly above. They shifted the fridge, reduce a-12 X - 12 inch gap within the sheetrock and there is the pit within the tube the result of a nail. They welded the nail-hole and charged us $1200.00 for under 2 hours of function! AND $577.00 of the charge was to get a alleged "flow discovery" when actually, they just looked over the trickle from under and suspected where it may be originating from above. There have been no extra components required or flow detection gear utilized, they simply "thought" it was originating from above also it was. Sadly we settled the charge since we'd 3 children, without any water and were in a hurry to truly have the water switched on therefore we cld merely eliminate the bathrooms, and clean our teeth. I'll NEVER utilize them again and inform everybody I understand not to utilize them actually! They're fraud artists and really overcharged people due to their solutions.
