In July I ordered a shipment including a tree, one quarter bushel daffidol bulbs and assorted water plants. I paid fully with Mastercard. After a month without receipt of the shipment I attempted to find out the reason. I have received no further communication on my request nor have I received any of the shipment I paid for in advance.
It is now October and I can only presume that I've been had since neither communication follow-up nor a shipment have been received.
Am I the only one to feel duped by this corporation? Should I cease all faith in ordering from catalogs that "seem" legitimate? As an avid gardner, I have lost faith in this industry. This company has cost all others in the business since I doubt I will ever be fooled this way a second time.
