Upon end he informed friend that I'd previously obtained bill with promise, which hadn't occurred. Attempted to find James, but wouldn't return my calls. Went to deal with of company on progressing bill. There is no company, no house simply James and pals in meadow club-b-cuing. He explained he'd provide bill following day but hasn't 3 days later. Advised him leveling wasn't great, top layer never as decided, but no response. Believe this guy is just a rip-off, and fraud artist. Be cautious Bastrop citizens!
