To all of the people researching this company:
The owners, Bill Thomas and Jaqui Jaques, and their criminal minded children who help them rip off unsuspecting homeowners are all FRAUDULENT and ABUSIVE cockroaches who have found the disguise/facade of "GREEN" as a convenient way to hide in plain site.
ALL of these criminals need to be in jail.
They demanded large amounts of money from me upfront and then did NOT deliver what they promised.in fact, I paid more than $12,000 for snap-together [inexpensive] laminate wood floors but did not receive even 1/4 of the order from him.
He used yelling, abuse, mind games, constant calling and harassment against a trusting homeowner who questioned his bad behavior and totally outrageous business practices.
I finally had to recognize that he was never going to deliver the remainder of the floors that I had pre-paid for after I had done some investigation with the wholesaler and was told that he NEVER paid for the order that was supposed to be paid for with the money that I gave him!
He is also known as a "cash and carry" retailer who has BAD credit with wholesalers and therefore cannot get credit with his own contacts in the wholesaling market!
He is forced to pay for everything in cash because he has a long, long, LONG history of not paying for things he used to get from wholesalers.
He is a menace to society and will do anything to get your hard earned money up front in order to continue his outright robbery of innocent consumers.
If he walked into a bank and did such a thing, he would be in jail.
But it appears that as long as he keeps changing the name of his company [which he has done three times in the last year] then he can keep one step ahead of the consumer protections bureaucrats.
Do NOT be fooled by this fraudulent clown who knows NOTHING about the Environment, or building Green.
I have been an active, truly educated environmental educator for many decades, and I can attest to the fact that this horrible snake knows nothing and does NOT care one ounce about anything related to saving the planet let alone building "Green" in your precious home.
He is unskilled as a 'remodeler' and knows only how to be a con man criminal.
