This guy explained he was a company, creator, and artist. He spoke me into paying him ahead of time for woodworking work and artwork. He didn't do the job and he didn't return my income. He cashed my inspections but didn't do the job. He nevertheless will not return the cash. I actually got him to judge and gained. He still won't spend. The job has nevertheless not been finished since I actually donot have sufficient cash to pay for another person.
