I signed up for in-home water delivery from Absopure and have had nothing but grief ever since. They never once sent me an accurate bill and literally, eighty percent of the time they didn't deliver!
They were supposed to drop off new five gallon containers of water and pick up the empty bottles when I called for service. On more than ten occassions within a three month period, they didn't show up but charged me for the supposed deliveries anyway.
Finally, I discovered that you can get the same bottles from Home Depot, so I cancelled the service, but kept the water machine to rent. Within three months of having the machine, it broke and leaked five gallons of water on our floor. We gave them one last chance to keep our business and come service the machine. They were supposed to come on three different days and never showed so we purchased a new machine and told Absopure to come get their machine. It's been over a week now and they still haven't shown up.
I asked the customer service ladies if this was common and they all said, "Yes, people always call because of no shows and that the billing departmant always makes mistakes. Order at your own risk. This company is in a shambles and poorly run.
