This guy bought his business from his brother and from the beginning was burning up our grass (cutting it to short), leaving wheel burns w / his mower, not edging our flower beds and broke part of the sprinkler system.
Well, the root of the problem is, is he is not accounting for $220 we paid him in cash. Well, he kept mowing our lawn (even though our bill would have been over $400 had we not PAID him) and then called or stopped by our house 40 times cause he said we owed him, at this point, over $500!!!
He then took me Small Claims Court and lied to the mediator that he didn't even cut our lawn on the day my wife paid him in cash and said he didn't accept cash, only checks... B. S!!! I worked in the lawn business and there isn't one lawn jockey that doesn't take cash... It's free income to these guys... They don't have to report it!!!
Well, just got a letter today from the court that he filed a judgement against me cause I didn't pay him from SCC... So, I'm going to file a BK to screw him like he screwed me.
Don't use barr's pro lawn care!!!
