I hired Morrison Builders who is a general contractor, to build the largest home chickie hut and deck on the back of my house.
Morriosn Builders subcontracted Tiki Builders to build our chickie hut and Morrison's built our deck.
It has leaked after it was built with our First rain. Morrison after months was able to have Tiki Builders come out as the work is under guaranted not to leak.
They tryed to repair and walk on top of the lid and made it much worse, as they walked on the palm fronds.
I have water damage and have lost patio furnture. If water gets into the pole struture I could loose the intire chickie hut that I paid 17,500 for.
Morriosn sent us a letter admitting guilt, but can not get return phone calls from Tiki Builders.
They have ask us to split the cost of $3,400 to have a new lis installed.
I have already paid for this job and have now filed court papers to sue Morriosn Builders for a new lid and my court cost.
