Ripoff Del Smith with many alias and a long criminal record is still doing shoddy work in San Antonio TX. He tells you one price and than demands more money also tell you he will get you a better price on supplies. Gave him money and he never bought supplies. They drive a white truck with the phone number and wood and tile service on the truck and Tracey drives a grey truck with a black large grill bumper. They never finish the job and also take advantage of the elderly.
