Within the span of this past year, TruGreen totally murdered my garden - it actually diminished. It was even though that I purchased a few their updates and "required remedies" watered and held the knives at the top of my mower.
A supervisor was designed to emerge and appear at what's remaining (dust) but obviously never turned up. Unbeliveably they proceed to contact and attempt to get us to restore our support. The most recent phone was tonite. I told the man who named me that there is nothing left to apply - he explained (estimate) - "Well I've no idea what might have occurred for your garden, we-don't deliver men out to your residence with rayguns." He then explained that because we terminated, we were not clients anymore and he could not do something for all of US.
TruGreen is about promoting you as numerous providers because they may and may care less what goes on for your garden - and whether you're happy. The man who named tonite was so smart I believe he believed he was doing me a benefit by being section of his solicitation requires the night time.
