David Knapp aka Artisan Lighting, aka Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Arlington TX is a complete fraud & a creep to boot.
I hired this guy to do a few simple lights around my front yard. He seemed very professional at first - well untill he got my money that is.
He took 5 days to do what he said would take 2, drilled 3 unneccessary holes in my house and then was caught by my neighbor peeping into her window!
Avoid this creep at all costs.
