Company is fraudulent. I was trying to buy a down comforter $89.99. I put in my credit card info w / security code and all. Big Mistake b/c now they got what they were after. Ugh!!! When I tried submitting my order, message comes up saying I entered wrong card info and to "safely try again or use another card." I tried several times. It also only gave the option of paying with Visa ONLY, which I somewhat thought was strange but since I had a Visa, I didn't really worry about it. Fishy now that I look back. Last night after not being able to submit my order using any credit cards, I sent email to their "customer service" department saying I was having problems and they responded, "Sorry. We no longer take credit cards, just paypal." They also didn't have the comforter in stock and listed out other higher-priced comforters. But again, NOWHERE do they give the paypal option at all when you are paying. I am now seeing that on their shipping info / payment page", their site also states they take wire transfers, and every other credit card available... Yet only Visa shows up as being allowed when you go to pay. This is now a big indicator. On the surface, it appears as a high quality trusted site, but in thinking back, I did get the "microsoft web security certificate" message saying don't put in personal info on a site if I proceeded. I didn't read the message all that much initially and proceeded. Big Mistake!!! Anyways, please shut these fraudulent people down! The wording on their website sounds fishy now that I think about it. Has way too much about "how trustworthy they are and want to help their customers."
