What part of NO don't they understand?

I called to order a "Package Shark". They offered 2 and 2 pair of electric scissors. I said yes. They spent the next 10 minutes trying to "up sale" me on other stuff. I kept saying no.

I received 4 "Package Sharks" 4 electric scissors, 2 14 inch scissors, and 4 electric razors. I haven't seen the bill yet but it overdrew my checking account causing a $33 bounce charge.

I'm sending back all the stuff I didn't order and a letter demanding that they cover my "bounce" charge since they caused it. What do you think my chances are?
