I have been wrongfully ripped off by this well known furniture store. When you enter their store they kiss your butt, just so you can buy something... Then they dont care a cent about you or the service they offer to you once you spend your hardworking money on their furniture and exit their store.
On October I purchased a dining table with a specific glass requested. @ months later I still havent recieved the glass I paid for, but on top of that the branch manager Jean Smith called up and said this is what was in the order and he cant help me out. I repeatedly asked him this is the only help I as a customer will recieve from you... How hurtfull... He replied "yes!".
He didnt even bother asking me who was the salesperson who sold the table set to you. I cant believe I paid for an expensive item but instead of using it... I am using a cheaper iyem... This is not right and is so unfair... I even cried out to him saying... This is not fair how can you guys do this to a customer.
On to of it he says " if you want you can pay $50 dollars extra and will get the other glass". What! After I have already paid for the glass and waited 2 months for delivery You guys want more money from me... That hurted. How can one ever shop dealing with a untrustful, decietful company. They twist stories, lie, and rip you off. All they want is money from your pocket yet keep their merchandise.
I really thought good about them with all their great deals til I have experienced the worst from them. I recieved no help or a solution to their wrongful error. Its their fault they hired individuals who give false promises to customers just to sell the products. Its 100% unfair to customers!!! If this complaint is not enough... I want to go ahead and go on with a law suit against this company. Please help.
