The Tub was installed crooked. Bath Fitter explained that it was 100% satisfaction guarantee. Asked for new tub to be installed. Bath Fitter agreed and final charge was signed assuming new tub would be provided. Bath Fitter returned two days later and instead of installing a new tub - existing crooked tub was bent and forced to the point where water ponds at wall and tub is still crooked. End of tub unfinished with sharp edge potential for injuring children in our home. Plumbing work was done in violation of Building Codes. Work was inspected by Township and failed. Plumbing work conducted does not meet any code known to mankind. Bath Fitter personnel handling our installation and complaints were discourteous, rude, argumentative, and constantly said one thing and did another repeatedly. Bath Fitter personnel also did damage to our bathroom and home and seriously upset my wife who was 7 months pregnant at the time.
