I First placed my order with Inter-state beginning of March'06 for $64.00 worth of flowers and plants. It was not until I was noticing the debit from my online checking account, the following month that I realized that they had my money, but I did not have my plants. I first e-mail their customer service and provided the transaction# from my bank statement verifying payment had been made. I was told, they had to check the warehouse and put a trace on the order which would take 21-days (3weeks). I waited, but never recieved any plants; so after 3 wks. Had passed, I called again. At that time, I was told my order was returned by the Post Office because they don't deliver to Post Office Boxes. I explained that my address was not a p.O. Box, so I verified the address with the agent at that time. I again waited 3wks., and again nothing. At this point, I must admit, I was furious, because I felt I was being played like a
Piano, so after another 2 weeks I decided to give it another try. The agent I spoke with was Laura, who was not helpful at all. She kept repeating the Co. Line about waiting to research my problem. I lost it and told her Hell No!" If you can't send the plants, then you should have no problem returning my money you've been holding since March (almost 2 mos. Now)", I replied. She was crushed that I used a curse word with her, at which time I told her, it goes with the territory7 if you give lousy customer Serivice, you going to get a lousy Customer. Besides, I responded, if you don't like your job, there are thousands of illegal aliens right outside your window waiting for you to take your job and shove it. I was told my order would be researched and someone will call me back that same day. Never had a call back, never recieved the plants.
