Gardners Choice billed my credit card but no delivery...
I phoned in an order in late February early March looking for "Dawn Redwood" trees. I needed 21 trees and I asked the person on the other end if they had enough of them because they advertized "Only a limited number have been propagated" her reply was a chuckil "yes" we have enough of them so I gave her my credit card number and she informed me that it would be about 3 weeks via UPS before shipment would be made.
The first week of May I had received a notice that my order will be shipped the week of the May 13th. On May 3rd they charged my credit card ($120.31). As of May 22 I have not rec'd my trees so I called after trying every minute all day and only getting a busy signal.
At 3:45pm I did get a ring and then was put on hold and then transfered to a customer repersenative about 20 times. When I finally got someone she told me "they ran out of them" and they would credit my account and that would take about a week. According to my credit card company they have 30 days to credit our account. SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE!!!
