I placed an internet order 7/2/05, and got a onfirmation 3 days later.By 8/19 I had heard nothing, so contacted them by email. On 8/23 Brian responded and said they were very sorry, the shipper was taking a long time, etc., etc., but my order would be coming soon. This was the last I ever heard from them, despite repeated emails.
The good news - they never charged my credit card. The bad news - they strung me along so long the item was discontinued by the time I sought an alternate supplier. Is this really a business? When I saw the other complaints it made me wonder, and I decided to share my experience. They did not 'rip me off, ' but ordering from them was a big waste of time.
