Do not do business with this group. They had me sign a lease, give notice at current place, set up all utilities and 3 days before move in broke the deal saying it was not a good match.
He was given false information from current landlord who was stated she does not want anyone to move out.
Lease from current place is up so he pretty much put me and my kids on the street.
