I went to Jennifer Convertibles on 11/07 in need of a couch and ready. Salesman Elvis waited on me (not even to helpful basically helped myself)
Picked out the couch. Elvis didn't offer any options had to ask about different fabrics & if i could see them.
Fine made a decision Elvis wrote us up a bill. Took down my information before paying I asked if this could be delivered before x-mas. Elvis said yes. So I paid.
I was happy about being able to get a very nice couch by x-mas I had family coming over the 1st time & wanted everyone to be comfortable in my home. Presently all I have is a loveseat still because got rid of old one expecting this new one.
I had to do all the calling Elvis never called once to tell my finance & that this couch was not coming by x-mas & that there was problems with the order.
I called a week before x-mas inquired about my order. He tells me oh sorry its taking longer than expected but that i would have the couch in 3 weeks. OK well what am gonna but wait.
3 weeks later came and went I call. What's up. Elvis tells the factory is having a fabric problem. I say well I need be guarenteed a date. Basically he told me they waiting for fabric to come in on another occasion. Finally was given a delivery date. That date came & went
Keep in mind the companies policy is 6-8 for delivery. It is now 1/20. I cancel the order for a full refund.
Told by Elvis rufund will take 7-10 bussiness days this time has also passed. Still today 02/04 I have not been refunded my money.
Again I have to call Elvis same story I don't know what's wrong I have to call the main office to see what's wrong. I ask for this #. He won't give it to me. I can't find this # anywhere.
I am left furious without furniture & deceived from the door.
