These guys finance me for a home loan and told me I could not refinance with the 24mo period or there will be a huge penalty, then told me it's ok to sell anytime with no penalties, when it came time to sell my property, "bam" they hit me with a huge penalty and I end up losing. When I called and asked why they lied, the guy nervously said they didn't tell me that. Fraud alert, watch out these preditory lending guys.
