This man is the pure example of why this site exists. Frankie welborn and his entire family move from town to town chasing storms doing crappy work for trusting people.
They will start dummy companys and as soon as the work is completed close up shop and move on. This man uses friends' reputations to get a large foothold until he feel its time to move on.
Then completely forgets about his "customers". Do not trust this man any farther then you could throw him.
If you have used his services, I wold suggest calling a professional to check his work. I only hope you have not suffered severe damage to your home.
