Aka Black River Flooring Corp. Ripoff scum bags stole my money and then sent wrong grade Nationwide

I can see I'm not alone here. I bought a # 1 grade and all the boards have open knott holes in the wood. My flooring also has broken tongues and won't go together. I don't know what to do. Does anyone know how to get my money back? I wrote to the attorney general and bbb. I hope they can help. Dont do business with this fraudulent company. They are dishonest and a big rip off.
