This company does not help the small business owner!!!
I had this company come out to my small business for a CLEANING of the copier as it was showing a small yellow spot on some of the copies. The technician pulled some of the components out and "cleaned" the copier. Said it would need some parts...
After we attempted to use the copier after he left, ALL copies had multiple colors leak and render the copier UNUSABLE at all. We then received a needed service bill for $1600. I was very upset to say the least. Clean my copier/render unusable and hold me hostage for $1600, no way. I demanded the manager or owner return the next day and they sent the tech only, amazing no one else was available. I was very upset with the way DCS left my business (crippled) and at this company's mercy to spend $1600 with them. We left it as I would spend the money (what else am I going to do). The following business day the company calls me direct to tell me they will not be fixing my copier and that they told Toshiba about the situation, we will see what lies were laid out to them.
Amazing that a company can exist that cripples a customer and then walks away when they are confronted on such an obvious snow job! Who would bring their car to a car wash and expect the car to be crippled and the only way to get it running is to pay the culpable party an obscene amount of money?
