The company, TM Plumbing and Renovations is a SCAM. Our business has also been scammed by this person, Jason Taylor and Shamus Fitzgerald. They operate in Kitchener/Waterloo, Guelph and now in Barrie. They are changing their ads and locations so people will not know who and where they are.
The company alias is also known as TaylorMade Plumbing and have frequently been advertising on kijiji under skilled trades or real estate services. The category is usually plumbing however they also have offered household plumbing inspections.
We had heard from our associates and other people who have reported this abuse. We have lost a great deal of money that was already deposited to them, however NO work has been done. They have not made any contact whatsoever for weeks and their actions are basically the same as the last person they scammed. (another report was filed previous to mine).
They will tell you that other jobs have not paid them so they require much more deposit than usual, prior to doing the work.initially we understood but since hearing about this company we now realize we also have been victims of their scam and fraud.
The phone number is 226 791-7448, address is 444 Connaught St in Kitchener. The two of them drive around in a grey hyundai, plate BLXX251, apparently because Jasons truck has to be fixed. From our experience with these two they come across as professional and quite truthful with the excuses they have given us. For any individuals that have been scammed by these two please seek out a lawyer and file a report as we have done.
