Norton 360
Payment made could not download product

There have been 2 funds designed for Norton 360 renewal. One cost was created on Jan 11 ($83.98). The 2nd cost was created on January 18 (79.99)

I've not had the opportunity to obtain the Norton 360 item. I've attemepted often to obtain the merchandise and also have not been able to. At this time over time I'd just like a return. I truly do not need the download.

Both funds were created through my Money One consideration closing 8284. Please allow me to understand how to solve this issue.
