I downloaded & paid the update form Norton on my pc. I didn't know it included a free update on another computer. I needed an update on my laptop. When it asked me to udate I followed all the steps but got stuck at a window that needed some kind of #. I took out my 09 case, got the 1st phone # ending in 5877. I was on hold for about 30 min. Then I explained everything to the person who said she'd transfer me to the correct dept & gave me a case #. I sat on hold for about 2 hrs. I hung up, called again. Told the same thing, sat on hold, then got my cell & did this thinking I might get faster service. My cordless phone's battery went dead as being on hold for 2 1/2 hrs. The next day I called back wanting a refund, was told wrong dept, I wanted to talk to a super. Finally 1 came on and he wouldn't help me saying he'd transfer me to the right dept. I told him NO I just want a refund, and had to say that at least 7 or more times. He transfered me and after 30 min. I hung up. I called my Discover card and told them about this because I didn't want to be charged for product I didn't get. The case # is504242047. Discover gave me a # & I called & have been hold for another 30 or more min.
