On May 12 I requested a battery back up for that pc, APC 350VA (new), for $61.30.

What I received was a used, faulty APC 350VA.

It cost me $20.95 to deliver it back.

CompuVest examined it, discovered it faulty, and offered my charge card a credit for $61.30.

The purchase cost me $20.95, and that I needed to purchase the back up at Staples.
