Having purchased life time anti viris 2011 from BAKU as advertised on Microsoft internet page I paid through my visa credit card (copy enclosed) the sum of 79.95dollars / 54.57 euro, which was duly taken on the 27 April. I have not recieved this anti viris cover and I want this money refunded. Paul
