Amazing customer service after the sale

I made a purchase on or about DEC 5 of this year from their web site, this was my third or forth purchase from them over the past couple of years. The product ordered was received in non working condition, Very safely packaged! Just a DOA unit.By DEC seventh it was back on its way with a prepaid shipping RMA, this for a "refurb unit" that was on sale for a very low profit margin I would imagine. I was expecting to pay for the return shipping, but was greeted with nothing but apologies for the problem. On Dec 24th after not receiving the replace back I discovered the unit was misplaced by the shipper on DEC 9th, when I sent this info to Geeks customer service on Dec 24 (yes, Christmas eve!) By Dec 29th "Cassandra F." the wonderful lady that received my email about the misplace item, had apologized for the inconvenience (as if any of it were Geeks fault), and informed me that the replacement item was on its way, they will handle the paperwork with the shipper! Again, this was for a very low (if any) profit margin item, Loss Leader perhaps? But I was never handled any way less than that of a King! This is the best customer service I have ever received in my life. I cannot praise Ms CF or Geeks enough. They have all of my trust and you will have no worries dealing with them.
